Who we are

GREEN SUMMARY LDA, a Portuguese private limited company with corporate and commercial registration number 519085582, is the controller of your personal data. Its registered office is at R. Pedro Ivo 13B, 1700-082 Lisboa, and it provides massage and wellness services under the trading name The Healing Space. Information we collect

When you book, purchase a package or contact us — through this website, Fresha, WhatsApp, phone or email — we may receive your name, contact details (phone number and/or email), booking preferences, and any information you choose to share about your needs or health. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries; to arrange, confirm and provide your treatment; to adapt the session safely to your needs; and to keep basic records of appointments.

The legal bases are the performance of our service to you (contract), our legitimate interest in running the studio, and — for health information — your explicit consent.

Health information

Information about your health is a special category of data. We only collect what you choose to share so that your treatment is safe and appropriate, we process it with your explicit consent, and we keep it strictly confidential.

Messaging platforms

Bookings and questions are often handled through WhatsApp. When you message us there, your communication is also processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms and privacy policy. Please avoid sharing sensitive details you would prefer not to send by message.

Online booking and package platform

Instant online bookings and prepaid massage-package purchases are provided by Fresha. When you use Fresha, the information and payment details you submit are processed by Fresha under its own terms and privacy policy.

Loyalty programme

Our loyalty programme, The Healing Space Rewards, runs inside Fresha, the same platform that handles bookings. Your points, rewards, tier status and referral activity are linked to your Fresha client profile and are processed by Fresha under its own terms and privacy policy. Programme e-mails, such as points summaries and reward notifications, are sent through Fresha.

The previous external digital loyalty card (Digital Loyalty Card) has been discontinued. Outstanding balances were preserved and transferred to Fresha in August 2026, and the old provider account is being closed; no new registrations are accepted there.

Chat assistant

Our website offers an AI chat assistant to answer your questions. The messages you send are processed to generate a reply and to help with your enquiry. The assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider that processes the message content to produce responses. Please do not share sensitive personal or health details in the chat — use WhatsApp or email for those.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential local storage for language and chat preferences. With your permission, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel measure visits and booking actions such as opening or submitting the booking-request form and clicking through to Fresha, WhatsApp or phone. These providers may set measurement cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, visited page and event time.

When measurement is allowed, we retain limited first-touch and last-touch attribution information for up to 90 days, such as campaign tags, the referring domain, landing path and Google or Meta advertising click identifiers. We use this information to understand which marketing activity leads to booking requests and completed appointments. We do not send booking-form treatment choices, health information or free-text booking notes to Google or Meta.

Analytics and advertising storage and Meta Pixel are disabled by default and start only after you select “Allow measurement” in the consent notice. Before your choice, Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurement signals that do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We configure Google without personalised advertising, and we use aggregate reports to understand whether our advertising works. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button on the website.

Sharing your information

We never sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to provide our service or to comply with a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@healingspace.pt.

Security

We take reasonable measures to keep your information safe and to limit access to it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Complaints

If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) — www.cnpd.pt.
