Service provider

GREEN SUMMARY LDA is a Portuguese private limited company with corporate and commercial registration number 519085582, with registered office at R. Pedro Ivo 13B, 1700-082 Lisboa, registered with the Conservatória do Registo Predial/Comercial Figueira da Foz. Share capital: €5,000.00. The Healing Space is the trading name under which the company provides its massage and wellness services.

Our services

The Healing Space offers massage and wellness treatments for relaxation and general wellbeing. Our services are not medical treatment and do not replace the care, diagnosis or advice of a doctor or other health professional.

Booking and confirmation

Sessions are by appointment. A Fresha booking is confirmed through the online calendar; a request sent through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is confirmed when we reply with an available time. Please arrive a few minutes early; arriving late may shorten your session.

Health and suitability

For your safety, please tell us before your session about any health conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery or pregnancy. Some treatments may not be suitable in certain situations, and we may adapt or decline a treatment to protect your wellbeing.

Cancellations and missed appointments

If you need to change or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown per session and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made at the studio after your treatment unless otherwise agreed; prepaid massage packages are purchased online through Fresha.

Prepaid massage packages

The five-session package costs €200 (€40 per session) and is valid for 3 months from purchase. The ten-session package costs €390 (€39 per session) and is valid for 6 months from purchase. Each package may be redeemed across the eleven eligible 60-minute massage services listed on Fresha.

Packages are personal and non-transferable. Package sessions do not earn loyalty points and cannot be combined with Morning Calm or another discount or promotion. The cancellation and no-show policy above applies; sessions not used before the package expiry will expire.

The Healing Space Rewards loyalty programme

Clients are enrolled automatically when they book or make an eligible purchase through Fresha. Members earn 1 point for every €1 actually paid on individual treatments. Completed appointments booked online may earn 2 additional points, and an eligible Fresha review may earn 5 additional points, subject to the programme limits. Package purchases and package-funded sessions, memberships, gift cards, products, tips, cancellation or no-show fees, free services and amounts covered by discounts or rewards do not earn points.

Points can be exchanged for complimentary treatments as shown in the Fresha wallet — for example 180 points for a 30-minute massage or 300 points for a standard 60-minute treatment; longer sessions require proportionally more points and two-therapist treatments (4 Hands) require double points. A free treatment for two (Duo) is redeemed with each guest using their own points. Rewards cannot be combined with packages, promotions or other rewards, may be restricted to in-store redemption and carry the expiry shown in the wallet. New points expire 24 months after they are earned. Points, rewards and tier benefits have no cash value and are personal and non-transferable.

Referral rewards apply only to a genuinely new client using the member’s personal Fresha referral link. The new friend receives €10 off their first eligible treatment of €50 or more. The referring member receives €10 off an eligible treatment of €50 or more only after the friend’s first appointment is completed, up to the displayed monthly referral limit. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other offers.

Cancelled and missed appointments do not earn points. Points related to a refunded sale may be deducted. A reward may be treated as used once applied to a booking or checkout, even if the appointment or payment is not completed; contact The Healing Space if a genuine correction is needed. The Healing Space may update the programme with reasonable notice while honouring valid rewards already issued. Balances from the previous digital loyalty card were preserved and transferred to Fresha in August 2026.

Professional conduct

All treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual. We reserve the right to end a session immediately, without refund, in the case of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. We treat every guest with the same respect we ask for in return.

Liability

We provide our services with care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reactions or outcomes arising from information you did not share with us, or from use of our services contrary to our guidance.

Intellectual property

The content, images and branding on this website belong to GREEN SUMMARY LDA or are used by it with permission, and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. You also have access to the official electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) and any applicable Portuguese consumer-dispute resolution channels.
